Upcoming Special Events Calendar
Many of Alaska's genealogical
societies, historical societies, museums, and other groups have special projects
being planned that will be of benefit
to the genealogical community. If you have a special
event that is genealogy or history related and has interest for Alaska
researchers,
let me know and I'll post a notice about it here. If possible, give at
least a month's notice so visitors to this site will have ample opportunity to
find out about it.
Since this page will cover all of
Alaska, please be sure to give a contact name and email address, date(s), name and
purpose of the event, and its location, including the borough/census area, if
known.
(Not everyone in Alaska knows that Alakanuk is in the Bethel Census Area.)
