Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wasilla, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 4 p.m. Burial will be at Wasilla Aurora Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Carty, Mathew Fort, Brian Millard, Dan Hoover and John Millard.
Mr. Morrison was born July 3, 1981, at Elmendorf Air Force Base. He resided in Alaska all of his life. He was unemployed at the time of his death, but had worked as an ironworker in the past. He loved to fish.
His family said: "William brought all the emotions that God created into our lives. The main emotion was that of love."
Survivors are his son, Wesley James; mother, Evelyn Goughnour; stepfather, William Goughnour; sister, Aurora Morrison; stepbrothers, Richard Goughnour and Eric Goughnour; stepsisters, Babett Miller, Sonya Armetage and Ann Larson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory of Wasilla.
