David Gayle Jones

Memorial services for David Gayle Jones, six-year-old son of Danny and Deborah Jones of Wasilla, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the mouth of Cotton Wood Creek on Hayfield Road off Fairview Loop Road in Wasilla. David died Aug. 25 from injuries suffered in a car accident on Pt. McKenzie Road.

Born Dec. 1, 1980, at Providence Hospital, he would have been a first grade student at Snowshoe Elementary School in Wasilla.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister, Tomara, and his brother, Brandon, both of Wasilla; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Jones of Cataula, Ga.; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.D. Kelley of Birmingham, Ala.
