Carol L. (Isaacson) Clark

Beloved mother, wife, sister and grandmother Carol L. (Isaacson) Clark, 60, passed away at Elmendorf Fort Richardson Hospital in JBER Anchorage, Alaska, on March 26, 2015.

A visitation will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 16300 Domain Lane in Eagle River, Alaska, on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 3:30 p.m., with a funeral mass at 4 p.m., with Father Tom Brundage officiating.

Carol was born in Fort Lawton, Wash., on Jan. 2, 1955, and moved to Alaska in 1970.

Carol was affiliated with St. Andrew Catholic Church in Eagle River, Alaska. She loved to crochet, go camping and fishing and spend time with her grandchildren. Carol also loved to read as well as travel and ski.

Survivors include her husband, Richard J. Clark Lieutenant Colonel USAF, Retired; son, Daniel M. Lee; daughters, Christine A. Johnson and Lindsey R. Nelson; stepdaughters, Melissa A. Brauneis and Nicole Bracken; father, Roger M. Isaacson Colonel U.S. Army, Retired; stepmother, Alyce Isaacson; sisters, Susane M. Powers, Lynette Isaacson and Sharon Richardson; brothers, Eric and Donald Isaacson; stepbrothers, Jeff and Todd Yantis; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doreen A. Isaacson; grandmother, Alida Yantis; and other grandparents.

Arrangements are with Janssen's Eagle River Funeral Home.
