Isabel R. Cilot

Anchorage resident Isabel R. Cilot, 82, died May 7, 2000, at Providence Alaska Medical Center of lung cancer.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E St., with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Benedict's Catholic Church. 8110 Jewel Lake Road, with the Rev. Alfred Giebel officiating.

Pallbearers will include Larry Castro, Rolando Anastacio, Ben Cilot, Totoy Cilot, Thomas Balmes and Edgar Legarda. Jun Legarda will serve as honorary pallbearer: Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Cilot was born Nov. 19 1917, in the Phillippines, and she moved to Anchorage in 1990. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Cilot is survived by her daughters, Julieta C. Legarda of Antioch, Calif., and Miraflor Prila of Anchorage; sons-in-law, Jun Legarda and Arnaldo Prila; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren living in Alaska, California and the Phillippines.
