Theodore Adams

Wasilla resident Theodore Adams, 67, died May 7, 2008, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at Glad Tidings Full Gospel  Church, Mile 1.3 Lucas Road in Wasilla.

Adams was born May 29, 1940, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He came to Alaska in 1966, and worked as a truck driver. He also owned Alaska Trailer Movers.

His family said favorite Bible verses were Psalms 23, and 1 Peter 1:22.  They said, “Ted loved Alaska and traveling the state. He loved the Lord and his family. He will be greatly missed.”

Survivors are his wife, Suzette Adams of Wasilla; daughters Leisha Krieger and Christi Atwood of Michigan; sons Norm Adams of Michigan and Rick Adams of Alaska; brothers Jack Adams of Alaska and Timothy Adams of Michigan; six grandchildren; and six stepchildren.

Arrangements are with Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
