Rhubarb Crisp

 

Mix and place in greased baking pan: 3 C diced rhubarb, 1/4 C sugar Blend until crumbly and spread on top: 2/3 C butter, 2/3 C brown sugar, 2/3 C white sugar, 1 C flour, dash of salt.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
