1-1/2 pounds ground caribou 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon grated onion 10-1/2 ounces tomato soup 1/2 cup water
Combine meat, rice, seasoning and
onion. Shape into small round chunks. Heat tomato soup and water in
pan and drop in meat chunks and cook until done.
