Put the following in a greased
casserole:
1 layer potatoes, sliced thin
1 layer of onions, sliced thin
1 layer of ground moose
Salt and pepper each layer
1 cup chopped celery
Over the top pour 1 small can of
tomatoes and juice. Bake in oven at 350 degrees and then bake a second
hour at 300 degrees.
