Baked Salmon

 

2 pounds salmon, cut into chunks
1 large bunch parsley
2 bunches green onions
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup oil
 

Place salmon in casserole, fill cavity with the chopped parsley and onions after rubbing thoroughly with oil and seasonings.  Pour remaining oil over salmon and cover.  Cook in moderate oven until done.
